Wow, you've got a task!! Unfortunately, Mancini is a common name, and from many places! Based on your comment about your grandfather, I'm assuming he was NOT from the same town as your grandmother? Do you have a copy of your grandmother's Italian birth certificate? There could be margin notations indicating the date of marriage, and could give a clue as to your grandfather's place of birth, (if not the same town.) Have you looked into ordering some microfilm from the LDS? I have found a lot of info there.
If you are really interested in the Fuselli line, the LDS microfilm would be helpful. let me know how/if I can help more.
