Hi, I am trying to find information on my greatgreat grandfather, John Mang, married to Catharine VanValkenburg. My first record of him is in the 1860 census, Herkimer Village, age 33, day laborer, born in Switzerland. Wife Catharine, 22 yrs old, born Prussia, Germany. Son John, 1 year old, born NY. They later moved to Salisbury, where they are each listed in later censuses until their deaths (John in 1895; Catharine in 1917). Both buried in Dibble Cemetary, Salisbury. If this is familiar to anyone, please contact me! Thanks, Deedy
