Dear Connie

I am Steffi Etherington's "long-lost" cousin, and have been corresponding with her about our shared ancestry. This young lady is actually Corbetta (born 1728, d. ? 1760), who was the oldest of Lord William's four (not three) daughters. The young man later became Lt. Col. G.L. Hall, although I cannot tell you what his regiment was. They had one daughter, born in 1749, who died unmarried in 1817.

Hope this helps to clarify matters.

Best wishes, Elizabeth
