Have looked on Family Search and Ancestry.com, came up with a few bits they may help hope you can understand
1841 census, Henry Herbert in army, wife Sabina,Mary daughter age 10, Elleen 14, Douglas aged 12, born Limerick, and Josephine 17
1851 census, Sabina widow, living in chelsea with daughter Ellen.
1881 census, Douglas aged 52, living in Essex, retire Army officer born Limerick, living with wife Ellen, Mira 6, Douglas 5, and Henry H aged 3
Parents of Henry Herbert, were Robert Manners and Elizabeth Hamilton married 1781 Dalkeith, Scotland, Henry H born1786, William Henry 1782, and Wilhelmina 1788.
