Sally, Have not been able to trace my THOMAS MANNERS, it appears he could have been an illegitimate son of Ann Manners, who died in a workhouse. So I have not been able to prove this, so have given up at the moment. Thomas di have a son but he was William Henry. Sorry not to be of any help, but like you can get no-where further with my Family Tree.Thomas does not appear on the 1851,or 1861 census, but I do know he was in the army for 21years, and was married in the I.O.Man and had five children,he and his family lived in Bedfordshire, Wales,and finally in Southampton. But where he was born and who his parents were, not a clue. Thanks for writing Pam Batchelor
