I am trying to find out more about my husbands MANTEI side of the family:

Samuel Mantei (Mantaj)b. 6 March 1913 Turbowice, POLAND . His father was Rudolf Mantei and mother Marie Schulz.
Sam had a brother Hermann.
Both Sam and Hermann were German prisoners of war. Sam stayed in England Hermann returned to Germany.

Rudolf had a second wife Olga Sutz
They had at least 3 children:
Wanda, Erma and Arthur.

The Mantei family lived in the German part of Poland and Sam and his wife Elsa Fechner were married on 20 Oct 1934
Evang-Lutharian Church Lowenstadt Poland.

Can anyone out there lay claim to Rudolf Mantei?
Regards Mgt
