I recently had my father's DNA tested and the results posted at Family Tree DNA http://www.familytreedna.com/default.aspx. Look at surname project Maples.
We had a match, 36 of 37 markers to another individual! His earliest known ancestor is William Cordra Maples, and mine, Josiah Maples Sr. who were brothers. Anyone interested, should consider having their nearest male relative tested.
