Hi, I am searching for Fonse or Alfonso Maples. We think he is from Searcy, AR/White County Arkansas. His sister was Hortense Maples-Reeves-Henderson. My great grandfather married Hortense in the early 1900's somewhere in AR. She was previously married to a man by the last name Reeves who was hung. Family story says he was hung because a mob thought he was Mexican. We were told he was Indian. Any info into the Maples family would be greatly appreciated.
