I am looking for William C. Maples' ancestry. I have a lot of information on his descendants. My research has been for my cousin's paternal side. She is through William and Sarah's son Sam and his second wife Elizabeth Walker. Sam came to Texas about 1913 with his first wife Dollie Venable and married Elizabeth in 1916. William's wife Sarah and a few of sons also came to Denton County, Texas. I have obits, etc. for William's descendants, but would like more about his parentage and his wife, Sarah's first marriage.
