I am sorry to hear about your dilemma. On this site is a topic on a book titled."The Maples Leaf". Also, check in with Rootsweb on the Maples. I have been on the rootweb for awhile now and there is a link with the Cherokee in Tennessee. I am sorry that I could not give you direct information. You are a Maples cousin to me.
