Dear Henry,
On the site in familysearch.org for France , I found information on some of the Marchals connected to the Florent, Wilms and Jacquot. In the records of Bertrambois, Fr. I found Agathe Wilms m. Jean Baptiste Marchal 26 July, 1842. Their son, Eusebe Marchal married Justine Wilms 6/7/1873 , i believe in New Orleans. When Justine become a widow, she apparently married her dead sister, Marie Augustine's, husband, Napoleon Eon. Justine and Marie Augustine parents were Jean Florent Wilms and Marguarite Jacout. These families have many connections. I do not know if Agathe Wilms is Jean Florent Wilms brother.
My branch is from Marie Augustine and Napoleon Eon. Apparently, Napoleon and Eusebe were friends and stood in each others' weddings. This is as accurate as I can get as you know in doing research it is alot of tying ends together so that it makes sense. My e-mail is MOMMABEAR70127@YAHOO.COM
