Hmmm...Margeson decendants seem to like the great Pacific Northwest...just like home in England? I noted your messages concerning NY Margesons and I was hoping for some help. I have a John Margason/Morgason/Marcuson who "appeared" in Kentucky around 1810. I believe he came from the NY branch as he doesn't seem to fit in the Nova Scotia group. He had at least 3 sons: James, Joseph and William H. They were all born in KY but went west with John to Indiana. John married again in Jefferson Co. IN to Mary Ann Evins age 56 in 1829. John died between 1840-1850. I am come from his son Joseph who married Lucretia Tatum daughter of Samuel Tatum of Madison, KY. Samuel went west to IN as well.
John, Joseph, John W, Louisa Bell m. BF.Peachey, Emmett Peachey, Emmett Peachey, ME. I am in Seattle.
These Margesons drive me batty..
I would love some help.
