How common is the last name MARIEWICZ or MAKLEWICZ?

I am doing genealogical work for a deceased uncle whose grandmother came from Poland. Her name is Bronsilawa MARKLEWICZ. Perhaps I have written the last name incorrectly and it should be MARKIEWICZ.
