I am in the beginning process of tracing back through my family tree. My Father, Alesandro Maci(Masi), is the first generation born in the US. His father was Salvatore Masi who came here in the early 20's and lived in the Detroit, Michigan area. He passed in February, 1953. His sister is Anna Mongalluso who has lived most of her life in New Jersey. Salvatore was married to Florence, My father's mother - I say that because there were 4 children in the family from 3 different sets of parents. I know that Salvatore's father was from Italy - not sure where - his name was Giussepe. Anything here sound familiar.
