Jeff,
my grandfather came from killishandra, Cavan, Northern Ireland. He was born in 1898. His father was Thomas edward Matchett and Thomas's father was Richard Matchett all from Cavan. I can't find Thomas's birth, but it stated on his marraige certificate that his father was Richard Matchett and mother Mary Burke. If you have information on any other Matchetts in Cavan, I would be interested. Sylvia
