Lois Head was widowed during the Civil War, she was married to a Clough and had 1 child, William Clough. Joshua married Lois after the war. He also fought in the war. They had the following children:
Thomas Edgar
Mary
Rebecca
Ruth
Hannah
Thomas Edgar married Laura Rhule (Ruhl) dau. of Joseph Elias Ruhl and Rachel Minerva Thomas.
One of their children was Ruth Matchett. She married Elmer Fields, these are my grandparents.
My mothers name is Martha (Pat) Fields Harris. She said that she remembers visiting a first cousin named Judy Lynch when she was young. She told me that her mother was Lois Minerva, sister to Ruth.
I do not have a complete list of Thomas Edgar and Laura's children in front of me, however I believe their was also a Joseph Joshua.
