I am anxious to find information on William John Matchett. He was the son of Richard Matchett born 1806 in Derryanville Co Armagh Ireland to William Matchett and Mary Robinson. Richard married twice and had a third partner and family in Australia. He was married to Mary Matchett or Masters, then Annie Lester of Derrycorr and took up with Phoebe Redmond/Redman in Australia. William John's children were William Leslie, Ernest, Samuel Richard and Mary Martha. I do not know if this family remained in Ireland or not. I cannot locate them in Australia. They are mentioned in the Will of Richard's son, Richard in Australia and that is all I know of them. Would appreciate any clues.
