I am a Mathers from Aberdeenshire Scotland, my fathers was Joseph Mathers born March 1st 1901 Ellon Aberdeenshire my grandfather was Charles Wallace Mathers { sometimes spelt Maders ] born New Pitsligo 1850 -1852 Aberdeenshire, He was married to Elizabeth Smith
Gt grandfather Alexander born Peterhead and he was a blacksmith. He was married to Chirstian Lawrie in Peterhead 1835
Joseph married Helen Williamson 31/3/1034 Ellon Aberdeenshire
My mother was born 1/11/1911 Rothes Scotland
Grandparents Robert Williamson and Isobella Gair
Do any of these name or places mean anything to anyone?
