Thanks Patrick.
its so hard to find something on that family. I went to the National Archives in Quebec to look at the St André Microfilm, its were I think their children were born but I couldn't find any Mathers on that real. I've found Morin, Michaud, Moyan but no name that match the one I was looking for. I've found a second marriage for Marie Euphrosine Drapeau to Louis benoit Perron on April 2, 1837 in St André kamouraska and in the church record it was stated that she was the widow of Thomas Mathers. I also couldn't find a registry for the dead of Thomas mathers.
In the BMS2000, I've found three children to Thomas and Euphrosine, thir are;
-Henriette, my great great grand mother M/ Chrysostome Leclerc
-Thomas M/ Zoé Bouchard
-Émilie M! Joseph Gagnon
I also found two boys from Euphrosine second marriage;
- Elzéar M/ célina Levesque.
- Augustin

Could Thomas went on a trip and never return?

Are you a descendant of Henriette?

Good luck with your research
