I'm still new at this and very nervous so I hope you'll bear with me. You probably already know this but on the off chance that yoy don't, theres a pretty sizable tree
out there that you belong to that unfortunately DOESN'T have Eliza's name on it but it should. I swear we're connected.
A very diligent gent named Ron Rose has compiled a tree about the MATHIAS family of Fulton Co., PA. I checked for your Eliza, she's not on it but I know I'm right.
John Henry MATHIAS married married Catherine WINEGARDNER also there are other KESSELRING's in the family and it was not uncommon at that time to marry someone in your new brothers family anyway, Nancy KESSELRING born abt. 1811 married married John Roy MATHIAS born 8 Sept.1797 Dublin Twp., Bedford Co. (now Fulton Co.)
and I'll bet the C. in Sarah C. stands for Catherine.
Anyway the tree is called "Fulton County, PA 184" and you can find it on World Connect Rootsweb. Maybe you could go at it sideways or backwards . Look at the existing tree, see who's line didn't get traced and follow it up.
I hope knowing about the tree helps you some but you probably already know about it. Take care a good luck.
