Hello all, wishing to be in contact with my family direct members over the last 150years. I have a brother Paul David Maudsley, Father Alan Maudsley whose parents where a Ben Maudsley and Mabel Rose Maudsley (known as Pat). I know I have some family members in Lancashire from my Grandfathers side, but after that no other info. Ben was part off the 1936 Everest Expedition with Hugh Rutledge,Frank Smythe and Eric Shipton on loan from the British Army (Royal Signals). He spent alot of time in India, Burma and SE Asia before and during the second World War.I think the town of Blackburn has strong links with this branch of the Maudsley's. Does any one else no any more to help me out? Thanks Andrew Maudsley
