Thurston Mawdesley
Posted by: Deborah Mawdsley (ID *****7038) Date: February 23, 2003 at 07:57:20

I have a credible line of Mawdsley's going back Allan de Mawdesley c 1250.

I'm trying to find a link between Thurston Mawdesley c1558 to Henry Mawdesley c 1593. Thurston had lands in the Blackburn area.

Later Mawdsley's came from the Bacup & Rawtenstall areas of Lancashire, including my husbands grandfather, Thomas Andrew b 1895, s/o Richard 1869.

If I can offer any help or anyone has further info on Thurston, please get in touch.

Thanks,

Debbie
