My name is Joey Lee Mawyer. My father's name is Herbert Thomas Mawyer, with two brothers Bobby Mawyer
and Ronnie Moyer <-------- His last name is spelled like My grandfathers last name Herbert Moyer. We are all
from Nelson County!!!! This mix-up on the Last names came when my father was born at the Hospital I was
told they spelled his last name wrong on his birth Certif. My grandfather ran Moyer Oil Company out of Lovingston
Va. Now my uncle Ronnie Moyer runs it.Bobby Mawyer married Linda Napier,My father married Joan Ann Newberry---> My mother. Now Bobby has two girls no boys to carry the Mawyer name.As for Ronnie I only know
of one girl he had?? So if he doesn't have a son I'm the last to carry on the Mawyer/moyer name on.I'm now 39
years old myself.I have a son,but his mother and I never married. His last name is not mawyer at this time but
I'm hoping he'll change it when he turns 18!!! He's 11 now and lives with his mother. He would be the last hope to carry on Our mawyer/moyer name unless like I said Ronnie has a son?? I just don't know at this time if he does
or doesn't.Now my Grandfather and Grandmother lived in Wingina Va.then moved to shipman va. all in Nelson
