Danielle

I believe that your Maxtons are related to my family. My grandmother, Catherine, was a Maxton and she was born in Paisley, Scotland. I have traced my family back to Laurence Maxton who was born in 1754 but I don't know where. He married Elizabeth Langlands who was from Monzie, which is in Perthshire. My father has told me that we are related to Jimmy Maxton and he believes that the Maxton family originate from Perthshire.

Alison
