I am searching for information on Dorcas Burks. I know the following. She was born Dec 25, 1800 in Kentucky. Jan 8, 1822 she married Daniel McAninch in Mercer Cty Kentucky. They moved to Putnam Cty, Indiana and had 7 children: William A, Daniel Harris, Louisa, Samuel M, George B, Luricia, and Letitia (Loutisha). Dorcas died Nov 27, 1881 and was buried in the Stilesville Cemetery, Hendricks Cty, Indiana.
Will gladly share information from their daughter Louisa's family line.
