Hello,
I'm hoping someone else has Catherine or Johanna McAuliffe in their family. She was probably born around 1805 in the area of Kilmeedy/Feenagh in Co. Limerick. She could even be two individuals - sisters? The two given names were found there in church records as the wife of John DANAHER. Around 1848, the family (including children Elizabeth and Owen) emigrated to Middlesex, London. We don't know if she and John emigrated to the US around 1865 or remained in London; they don't appear in any US censuses or family records. Daughter Elizabeth Danaher married David O'CONNELL in London before 1850; son Owen married Elizabeth CARROLL(from Co. Limerick)in London in 1860. We'd love to hear of any connections! Thanks much!
