William, you mentioned your family orgininated with William Mcbean, born July 17, 1758. Here here some information on Rev. William MCBean.

Table stone: Croy & Dalcross Parish
By Mr. William McBean, Minister Alves; father Eneas McBain, farmer Cantray, died June 27, 1783 age 6? years (born bet. 1714-1723); mother Isobella Tulloch, died Nov. 7, 1786, age 62 years, (born abt. 1724;) son Aeneas McBean, died Moy, June 30, 1794 age 2 years, 8 months.
note: Rev William Macbean and Eliza Duff Macbean had a son Aeneas Macbean born Oct 26, 1790, Moy & Dalarossie
