More Information and Question Extension

Yes, James and George McBain were brothers, both being the sons of James McBain (1806) and his wife Elizabeth (1801 or 1807). This James shows for the first time in the 1830 census in Middleburgh showing a female 20/30 (wife?), an infant, and two males (20/30). This is, of course, James, and potentially a brother? The question now relates to the origin of James McBain (abt 1806) and his wife Elizabeth, and who was living with them in 1830? No McBain's show for Middleburgh in the 1810 or 1820 census tables.

Thanks for bearing with me, as I am new at this and did not realize how much information could be obtained over the internet!
