Hi Lyn,

I am the great grandson of Margaret McBain born in Inverness in 1836, married Henry Murray (born in Wigtown Sctland 1832) in Maryborough Victoria in 1868 and lived in tht area until buried in Maryborough. Have just found other descendents of Margaret McBain whose parents were Adam McBain and Catherine Wishart from Inverness and who lived at Carisbrook (Vic) at the time of the above marriage. Does this ring any bells with your lot?

...cheers...David Murray (Perth W.A.)
