Dear Sarah Elizabeth,

I've been looking at a McCarroll family that had a Thomas McCarrell listed as being born in County Armagh in 1741, he was a Belfast Weaver. He emmigrated in 1758 to near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in America. He lived in York Co. and later moved to western Pennsylvania.

I'm interested because, I am a descendant of James McCarroll who was born about 1752 and lived in an area not far from Thomas McCarrell in Pennsylvania. Some of his children also moved to western Pennsylvania.

Your Dr.James McCarroll born 1734-1777 may be a relative. Do you have siblings or children names?

Thanks so much, Mrs. James Rogers (Rebecca McCarl Rogers)
