Looking for any connections to these two. They raised their family in Iowa. I believe Anna was born on 2-18-1896. Their daughter Gladys was my grandmother. She married John Leroy Howrey. Have hit a road block with the McCauley branch. I know a few facts from her before she passed and from her son (my dad). I believe they had 7 children - Gladys Mae, Frances Marion, Edward Donald, James Leroy, John Henry, Ethel Lorraine, and Ernest Joseph. I know he died 11-13-1941 in Calhoun Co., Iowa. I also know that Edward Donald died in a war. I also remember my grandmother mentioning they lived in Blackhawk Co., Iowa and that her distant relative came from Tennessee and were pretty "back-woodsy hillbillie types." Any help getting me in the right direction would be appreciated.
