I think the mother of Irving Frank McCauley is Adeline Dukes. Since Irving named his son Robert, I think his father was Robert McCauley.
Two Robert McCauleys died right around the time Irving is born.

Then, I think Adeline married Mr. Eisensee. I can not find Adeline or Irving in the 1930 census.
Dorothy and Ellen Dukes are too young to be Irving's mother. In the 1930 census, Gladys and Margaret Dukes are with their husbands with no Irving.
