MCCAULEY JOSEPH A. "MAC", age 68. On May 23, 2008 of Ambler. Beloved husband of Catherineanne (Dukelow) McCauley. Son of the late Joseph and Eleanor (Wilson) McCauley. Beloved father of Michael (Sue), Jeffrey (Shana), Joseph (Theresa), Timothy (Lydia), Meg Anne Sarau (Henry), Thomas. Beloved grandfather of Michael, Marilyn, Gavin, Joseph, Brittney, Shawna, T.J., Ashley, Samantha, Victoria, Jessica. Also survived by his former wife Carol Moyer (Ken). He was a member of the Avalon String Band where he played the banjo, a former member of Woodland and Harrowgate String Bands. He enjoyed his walk up Broad Street on New Years Day. He was an avid gardener who enjoyed working during the summer in his vegetable garden, enjoyed walking on the beach and fishing in Avalon, NJ, spending time in his workshop on various projects and working on antique cars. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Tues., May 27 from 7-9 PM at Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Homes, 951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler, PA. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name to Abington Memorial Hospital, Inpatient Hospice Program, 1200 Old York Rd., Abington, PA 19001.
