Thanks for answering.I think some of the data I have comes from Robert's work.I live 9 miles from the Springfield IN United Methodist Church which our ancestors founded and will go out to the cemetery as soon as the weather is a bit better and take pictures of various headstones.James and Elizabeth don't have headstones there, but apparently most of the early graves there represent people who traveled together and some have details about birthplaces in Ireland. Also I have a close friend whose many times great aunt married our many times great uncle, David, and I will see what she has--I know she has a lot of data.David and Jane are buried there and do have small headstones, not much data. Also I know the pastor--I'll see what I can find.I have a cousin who thinks Elizabeth was a Lee.Not sure why he thinks that, but it is possible that Daniel Harcourt's mother was related to Elizabeth McCaw.Otherwise it is hard to know why Daniel went to Springfield when he had legal problems in Southern Indiana (blocking a right of way).
