How wonderful! Joseph William is my Great Great Grandfather also! I do have a photo of Joseph William and his wife Maryann with 4 of their children. If you e-mail me at cindimccs@yahoo.com I can e-mail you the photograph. I also have a letter that was written by Allen McChristian and sent to "Musings", the Madison County Arkansas genealogy magazine. In his letter he tells the story of how Robert Monroe was killed during his leave from the Civil War. He also recites another story that took place during the civil war. My Great Grandfather is John Henry McChristian. Which of Joseph William's children do you descend from?
