What time frame are we looking at for your oldest James McCleave? There is one on the Scottish 1881 census, b.1878-Greenock.Parents William and Annie, both b.Ireland. L.M.K. if you want full info.
I am also interested in your Glasgow Degnans.
If you have any info on them, it would be appreciated.
