Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

My Great Grandfather was James McClave and he was married to a Hollister. They moved from Osnabruck to Harrison's Corners( west of St Andrews). My grandfather was John Archie McClave with six children. Our family does not have much information but from what little we have found out, the "e" was dropped from the name when my Great Grandfather turned Catholic.
