While searching a database for my own confederate relatives graves in Texas; I came across these two single graves; which have the following written on theirheadstone:

The cemetery is Shiloh Cemetery in Omen, Texas in Smith County. These 2 Single graves as they are listed are below the Shiloh Cemetery list but I assume they are part of it. Hope this helps someone.

Buried on his own land, because his wife was an Indian.
