In reading my notes looking for additonal information on the McColgin Children, I found the following.

Mary 'Polly' McColgin, first of Sarah's three daughters, married Hugh White in 1832 in Hamilton County. They had at least one daughter Tempy who married Caleb Gershbarger and moved to Arkansas. [I'm not sure I spelled the name right.] In the 1880's or '90's, Caleb wrote to my Grandfather, Jesse Allen Moore, Jr or Sr and asked if Jesse could send him some money to cover cost of a train ticket for his wife to come to IL to visit her Mother. The letter says, Tempy wants to see her Mother bad. He also writes about some neighbors that Grandpa knew. I'm not sure if I have any information on the 2 McColgin sons of Sarah and her first husband. Do you know his first name??
