Hugh McCOLL Paisley Renfrewshire, SCO 1800's

I am looking for the McColl family of Scotland and Ontario. My ancestor Agnes McColl was born in Asphodel Twp. Lower Canada in 1827 or thereabouts. I believe her parents to be Hugh McColl (b 1788 Paisley Renfrewshire, SCO) and Agnes (Elizabeth) Anderson (b. 1792 Paisley, SCO). She has a sister Elizabeth and a brother Hugh. They are reputed in a book written about members of this Township (Asphodel) to be a Jacobite family, and it says that there were 3 Hugh McColls/McCoals in sucsession, so I assume that Hugh McColl's father was also Hugh.
Any information would be appreciated, please contact me at
