Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Brian, Prince Edward Island, Canada has a fine website - just go to www.google.com and type in Prince Edward Island under "advanced search" - several web sites will come up, but there will be one for genealogy - my ancestor also came from there - still looking for her parents - evidently PEI was a jumping off place to other locations for many families, but some stayed there and still have descendants.
