Sadly, I cannot quite agree with you, but I hope we can come to an agreement. My ancestor John McColl, his wife Mary and their four children Angus, Christy, Duncan and John came to Ontario from Glasgow in 1843. When Angus and John grew up they were the McColl Brothers who started their half of what became McColl Frontenac. Angus was my gt-grandfather, saw no future in that game so sold out to John. John's son, also John, assisted my family greatly in the 1950s, before selling out to Texaco. There is a memorial tablet in New Glasgow listing the family alive in 1908. I can give a lot of dates should it be of interest and would love to make connections with any other descendants of this family
