Hope you can lead me to info on my grandmother's grandparents or determine their McColl/McCall lineage.

Her grandmother, Catherine McColl/McCall (Nov 27 1839-Dec 27 1921, died in Rowland, Robeson County, NC) married Allen Jackson (1828-1896 whose family lived in the area of Robeson County bordering the NC/SC line). Their daughter, Mary Jane Jackson McInnis, was my grandmother Flora Catherine McInnis Tarlton's mother.

Census records indicate that John L. McColl/McCall (born about 1818) and Catherine "unknown" (born about 1820) are Catherine McColl Jackson's parents and that her siblings were Neill, Margaret, John, Solomon, and Malcolm.

Where can I get a look at the publication you mention? Any of the libraries in s.e. NC or n.e. SC have copies? I have other relatives in area also.
