In 1831 there were several McColl families living in the New Glasgow Que area arriving there in 1827 from Scotland. One of the McColl men died in a sheep shearing accident in 1831 leaving several children and I would like to know if anyone can direct me to a newspaper that may have reported on such an event in that area then?
