I got stuck on going any further back. All I know is that Hugh was was married to Susan McGill. In some of the records the McColl was referred to as McCall. Their daughter Elizabeth was born in 1856 which would make her the older sister on your side. Do have reference to see if the parents are the same? It may help us in our search
