Do you happen to know if your George McCombs had a brother named William, born about 1806. He was living in Allegheny County, and named one of his sons, George. William also married a woman named Lydia, who was from Ireland. As far as I know, her maiden name was Hazlett. I still don't know who William's parents were, but I am wondering if your George, and William could be brothers?
