William McConnehey 1800 PA

My family goes as follows:

ME, Mark, David, Luther, Earl David, William Henry, David, William.

William McConnehey was born May 22,1800 somewhere in Pennsylvania. I believe it was in Cumberland Co. since his wife (Catherine Clever) and her monther (Margaret Bollinger) both have family names from that area. As well as cencus and tax records show a John McConnehey (possibly his father) in 1790 from there. I am trying to find out who his father was for sure, and find out when they came over. I want to know from where so I can find out which of the three possible Scotish clans I belong to. All I really know is that William's father came over with his wife from Scotland, and lived & died in PA. If anyone lives in the area and can help...I would LOVE it!!
