HELLO CASSANDRA;

MY NAME NAME IS MICHAEL A.McCONVILLE,here is some information that i discovered when doing an family tree of my ancestors of my father's family.ENGLAND USED AUSTRALIA AS AN PENAL COLONY which was their way of getting the first "SETTLERS" to the country for that time period.There were four persons with the surname of "McCONVILLE" sent as "CONVICTS" to AUSTRALIA.The information follows below:
"AUSTRALIAN CONVICT TRANSPORTATION REGISTERS-OTHER FLEETS & SHIPS 1798-1868,(1)EDWARD McCONVILLE=DEC.1820;(2)JOHN McCONVILLE(alias=JOHN WILLIAMS)=03 DEC.1834;(3)WILLIAM McCONVILLE=01 JUNE 1849;(4)MARGARET McCONVILLE=04 OCT.1851.I hope that this information is helpful to you in your families ancestory research.

BEST REGARDS;
MICHAEL A. McCONVILLE
