Kimberly,
I descend from Abner McCourtney b. 1793 PA (Census) who married ISabella Stacy b. abt. 1798. They were married September 16, 1813 in Clay County, Kentucky. They lived first in Indiana but moved to Michigan. They had several children:Robert H. b.abt. 1826; Hiram b. abt. 1833; William b. abt. 1836; Isabela b. abt 1839;Henry Clay b. abt. 1846. I believe they had other older children, one of which was Amanda b. 1816 in Kentucky or VA who married Alexander Hapner July 4, 1834. Alexander and Amanda first lived in Indiana and later in Michigan. I descend from Alexander and Amanda Hapner.
