Hi Don, I am the grandaughter of Francis Marion McCortney. He was born in Wise co. Texas. But lived in Ok. Graham co. and Ada.His Father Martin McCortney was born in Pulaski co. Missouri.The family owned the property where Fort leonardwood is today. Martins father was Alexander Jr. and of course his father was Alexander Sr. Sr's father was John McCourtney. if you have info. on my family please contact me.
